Summer is the most popular season to get married. More couples tying the knot between May and August than any other time of year. With long days of endless sunlight and every flower in bloom, summer weddings spark romance in young and old.

Summer Wedding Food or Menu Ideas:
An elegent summer wedding menu should include a bevy of fresh seafood such as lobster and oysters. Also includes some frsh fruits such as watermelon, berries and some fresh vegetables such as corn. For a more casual affair, consider a backyard barbecue, or traditional picnic food including potato salad.
Summer Wedding Dresses and Attire:
In this season the dresses designed for brides are sleeveless and strapless, making them perfect for this season. Look for light fabrics such as linen, organdy, crepe, chiffon, georgette, and other light weight silk, so that it can't get too much bulky.
For a more casual affair, there's no reason not to choose morning suits or tuxedos but give a nod to the season by replacing the black tuxedo jacket with a natty white dinner jacket.
